In Partnership with Croydon Council

The Croydon NHS Health Checks programme has been activated across your region, providing your patients with the opportunity to attend their free NHS Health Check and express any preferences in relation to this. Participating NHS Health Check Providers in Croydon GP practices and pharmacies will receive remuneration for reviewing the eligible patients and delivering the NHS Health Check. This is being implemented by Croydon Council.
