What is the Eclipse Smart Solution?
Our Eclipse Protect SMART Solution (Secure Monitoring of Activities for Remote Triage) is a secure web based support platform that integrates with non-intrusive remote peripheral devices to enable the automatic and remote monitoring of multiple individuals.
Eclipse Smart Care is a new service designed to ensure that even frail and elderly individuals can enjoy a high standard of living. This exciting new collaboration between Prescribing Services Ltd and Norwich Institute of Healthy Aging enables NHS Digital Support services to work directly with smart devices in the delivery of Patient Empowerment. There are three elements to our service:
1. PROTECT
Patient Risk Optimisation Through Eclipse Clinical Triage
2. EDUCATE
Patient, Carer and Healthcare training service to ensure only Eclipse accredited carers are used to support our residents.
3. LIBERATE
Smart devices keep even the frailest of individuals safe through home monitoring and A.I. support services whilst alownig as much independence as possible.
